WP, I think you’re thinking of Esai Morales. I don’t remember him being in “Jump Street”, but he did play Lou Diamond Phillips’ brother in “La Bamba”.
(Sobek, tell your wife to “double-bag” that cue ball in TWO socks. That way, if she really gets to wailing it around, she won’t have to worry about the single sock’s toe tearing off, leaving her with a limp sock to defend herself with/finish the beating with.)

Yeah, it was esai, I think he was the hispanic guy in jumpstreet, I know he was in a boccho series, I think he was on NYPD Blue, but I still think he started with jumpstreet.

30 Lives
On the screen where you choose how many players you want press: up,up,down,down,left,right, left,right,b,a,b,a,start. That should give you 30 lives instead of three!
Cheat
At the title screen, quickly press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, B, A. You will then start with 30 lives. The really cool part is that after a continue, these lives come back again!
