The recent buzz surrounding the weapons grade awesomeness that was Joaquin Phoenix on Letterman caused these guys to rate the greatest TV interviews ever.
Not surprisingly, this one is number one:
And Batman and Rassler Jerry Lawler made a booze-fueled apperance on the list.
Sadly, I have the feeling Sobek may fall asleep before the end of one of these. The rest of you, however, may enjoy with my best wishes.

A brief, open letter to a certain gentleman I saw at the grocery store:
Dear sir,
So, a feathery cowboy hat and bright purple short-shorts, huh? How’s that workin out for ya?
Sincerely,
Sobek
And four minutes? You’re doing this just to torment me, aren’t you Eddie.
It’s funny. When I was a lad, I could literally spend hour after hour after hour in front of the television, even if every show was a re-run. Now I can’t even watch a four minute clip.
I blame the Democrats.
Sobek:
All kidding aside, I am the same way.
Me too Sobek.
Although if they do some podcasts from the IBMMP I’d watch ‘em.
Some things are just too painful to watch.
Adam West is awesome. “If you’d use your right and left turn indicators as normal people do . . . “
That isn’t even the best one, there was a later interview with crispin that I thought was better.
Crispin is a goon, don’t know if it’s an act, but he’s an excellent actor, unfortunately he played the game too much.
Eric Stoltz is probably the best actor of my generation, but he made his money and ran away to be an artist, which I respect, but he is every bit as good as sean (and I hate to admit it, sean penn is an excellent actor. “At Close range” and “Bad Boys” are his two best works.)
I agree Pinto.
Sean Penn is an excellent actor with a wide range of roles he does well, bad guy, good guy and lots complex stuff in between.
It appears to me that Crispin has two roles he does well: adorable geeky and confusingly creepy, which have overlapping similarities.
If you watch Crispin Glover in “River’s Edge”, there’s an amusing anectdote I heard back when this movie came out.
The scene with Glover snorting crystal meth? The director added that scene at the last minute. Why? Because he thought it was the only way to explain Glover’s truly creepy behavior in the rest of the film. Dude has his volume switch permanently turned up to “eleven”.
I can’t stand David Letterman. He just comes across as a jerk.
Hahahaha Evil King of Memphis hahahah I’m not really sure where Memphis is but it sounds pretty funny.
