IIRC, Jerry Seinfeld claimed to have found a ton of correspondence between some nutty guy and everything from the LA Lakers to the King of Tonga and published a book about it. That was awesome, and so is this, for it reminds me of the Seinfeld book

There is a series of books called “Letters from a Nut”, which is pretty entertaining, the forward was written by Jerry Seinfeld. I’ve only read the first one. Dude is pretty funny, but twisted.

Letters from a Nut is definitely a hilarious book, as are the others in the series. I actually do remember us laughing at work reading it. That other site is definitely reminiscent of it.
