Actually, Dave, you’re looking pretty fit compared to previous weights you have reported. I give you a lot of credit for the discipline that takes.
I’ve gained back 35 of the 78 I lost. Ain’t likin that much.
So I am back on the South Beach thing.
I’ve seen Dave at his Fighting Weight.

I would have liked to seen that bad boy B-17 taxi & take off.
Not too many of those around that are still airworthy…
