He can leave that rusty Mr. Lamm’s meat burner at home.

Here’s the perfect gift for a returning Texan.

Good looking, tall, blonde chick. Driving in the desert. Having a very unfortunate effect on men around her. Not such a good driver.

Lipstick?

And my adventures with YouTube have hit a new low. Check out the comment by Yinzerdude, who for some reason felt the need to attack my intelligence:

RG:

But is the caliber of its cooking any good?

4. cranky - August 1, 2008

Bunk.

5. composmentis - August 1, 2008

I, I can’t stop staring at it. It’s so beautiful!

Feh. You just touched a nerve. Just another Obamafaig.

I was totally cool with Blonde-in-Black’s bad driving

until she tossed Felix D. Cat out of her car.

Now that was cruel.

8. Cathy - August 1, 2008

Geezer – Which way should we aim the barrel on that thing?

9. Lipstick - August 1, 2008

Lipstick?

I’m not that good looking. But I am a better driver. Sort of.

Sobek, that Cardigans song Erase and Rewind is one of my favorites.

I’m confused. Exactly what was inaccurate about that comment?

That barbecue is awesome. I want it. What better way to impress my new neighbors?

What better way to impress my new neighbors?

Impress them? Or threaten them?

Re: the Cardigans, nothing makes a decent looking chick HAWT better than leather pants. Dunno why, it just does.

Impress, threaten, same diff…

Geezer, I think you posted Erase Rewind a while back, but I never heard it because my work computer didn’t have speakers. I listened to it last night for the first time. Also, the second time. And about eight more times or so.

Cathy, I didn’t even know there was a cat in the video. I almost never watch music videos, even on YouTube. I click start and then open a new browser so I can have the song on as background music.

My 3-year-old, however, just recently saw the video for “Breathe Your Name,” by Sixpence None the Richer, and it is new favorite song. He will not let me minimize the screen, because he has a crush on Leigh Nash. It’s pretty cute.

It’s interested that in Erase Rewind they distorted the bass so much, but the guitar has such a crisp sound to it, it almost sounds like an acoustic.

16. Sobek - August 1, 2008

Um, that should say “interesting.”

My 5-year-old was in the room when Mrs. Sobek put on a YouTube video of Faith Hill, and he says “Mommy, who’s that?”

“It’s a singer.”

“Ooh, I like her!”

17. xbradtc - August 1, 2008

Heh, I like Faith Hill too. Great minds think alike.

I would just like to say how proud I am of having the only post on this date in history.
