This is Vadim’s video. I met Vadim last August at a Town Hall for U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions. Vadim is from Romania and came to America LEGALLY, and is now a CITIZEN of the United States. He loves this country and cares about it’s future — like most of us.

Thanks to Vadim Anshelevich and all Tea Party folks. Keep up the good work! Don’t stop speaking. It’s our precious right.

All right Cathy! Gorgeous and smart! Thanks for everything you’re doing.

2. nicedeb - April 22, 2010

Conservative wimmins are smart and hawt, as Cathy demonstrates. Well done, Cathy!

Can we take back women’s suffrage?

4. Anonymous - April 22, 2010

Cathy – good message. You go Girl. Elena

5. Cathy - April 22, 2010

Dave, sure you wanna do that when sumbunny still got your gun?

Thanks, folks. Another video Vadim did at the recent Lone Star Tax Day Tea Party.

*kidding around @ 3:15 or so*

Attendance estimates ranged from 8,000-16,000, with people coming and going, especially when it rained.

6. TXMarko - April 22, 2010

Cathy, do you have any spare guns laying around you don’t need anymore? 🙂

7. daveintexas - April 22, 2010

Pffft. It was the beginning of “Here’s your handbasket, down thataway is hell”, letting girls vote.

Thanks for nothing Woodrow Wilson (racist!!). We toodled along for a few years while they found their voter registration rocks (it was all rocks back then, no cards), Warren G, Silent Cal, Herb, and then the floodgates opened. 4 straight terms of FDR. Truman. Kennedy. Johnson. Carter (ok everybody was pissed off at Ford not just chicks), Bill Friggin Clinton and Obama.

I’m just sayin.

8. it's me - April 22, 2010

Thanks! Great message.

9. Cathy - April 22, 2010

Dave, you know it wouldn’t be much of a Party without the wimmins.

10. Lipstick - April 22, 2010

Yeah, who would make you sammiches?

11. daveintexas - April 22, 2010

You would have plenty of time to make sammiches if you weren’t votin!

12. daveintexas - April 22, 2010

2008 Obama vs. McCain
Women: 56% to 43%
Men: 49% to 48%

2004 Kerry vs. Bush
Women: 51% to 48%
Men: 44% to 55%

2000 Gore vs. Bush
Women: 50% to 42%
Men: 37% to 58%

anybody see where I’m headed here?

Another night on the couch?

14. BrewFan - April 22, 2010

A new entry in the Comment Hall of Fame

15. TXMarko - April 22, 2010

anybody see where I’m headed here?

Wow.

Check the number spread on how much Men HATED Gore in 2000……

16. daveintexas - April 22, 2010

I forgot to add the gender gap, percentages of men vs. women voting but I think you GET MY DRIFT

17. TXMarko - April 22, 2010

…but I think you GET MY DRIFT

Drift received!

The wimmin sure do likes them some manly Lib Men!

Question: If John Edwards runs in 2012, what % of women will vote for him?

18. Michael - April 22, 2010

I get your point, Dave.

We need a simple estrogen test that can be easily used at polling places to determine one’s eligibility to vote.

It would be wrong to discriminate against wimmens with high testosterone levels.

19. Michael - April 22, 2010

By the way, the only reason I had the courage to make that last comment is because Cathy and I are equally armed. We both have Kimber .45s at hand. So, a shoot-out between us is likely to be a standoff. Neither one of us is really a good shooter, so we could do a lot of damage to the nice woodwork, the fruity crystal lighting fixtures, not to mention the fancy-textured and multi-hued plaster walls in our house, before we run out of ammunition and the gunfight is over. (Have I mentioned before that this house is really gay?)

Nobody wants to look at that repair bill.

I figure a balance of firepower is the key to domestic tranquility.

20. daveintexas - April 22, 2010

Cathy is smarty enough to know I’m not doggin on her, a politically aware and right minded woman.

Still, I think this has some merit.

21. geoff - April 22, 2010

Just don’t hit the wine cellar.

Me and DinTX gots us some plans.

Those voting stats make me appreciate the women of IB/DPUD/Teh Hostages/AoSHQ all the more.

23. Michael - April 23, 2010

Cathy gets to vote just because she has that cool hat you see above.

24. compos mentis - April 23, 2010

* Pictures Dave sleeping sans blankets in a pool chair next time he visits the Michael and Cathy residence *

25. Cathy - April 23, 2010

Hey Dave, cool update on the avatar with the stars & stripes watermark thingy.

26. daveintexas - April 23, 2010

Thanks. For some reason the avs on this wordpress site are teenier than other ones, so it’s hard to tell that it’s a Texas flag with my moniker on it.

I have retired the fuel-air explosive mushroom bomb.

Gonna miss it though, thermobaric asplosions are cool.
