The linked story contains references to five of these ten items:

  • cranberries
  • spatula
  • knife
  • tampons
  • pumpkins
  • parking lot
  • shotgun
  • fist fight
  • curling iron
  • Christmas lights

How did you do?

I can feel the holiday spirit building!

40%… only two right.

I chose cranberries (instead of pumpkins), shotgun (instead of a knife), and curling iron (instead of tampons).

But if that were a liberal university test score, that’d probably be a B+.

WOW I ad everything except the pumpkin — I chose the cranberries too. So does that mean I get an A.

I thought Utah was supposed to be a normal and safe place. Every time I have been there, it has seemed exceedingly normal and safe.

It would be boring if it weren’t for the spectacular landscapes and the skiing.

Ahhhh, the Holidays.

*carefully decapitates a tiny stuffed Santa Clause doll with embroidery scissors*

*throws the head into the fireplace*

*sets the headless Santa on the mantle, next to the others*

7. lauraw - November 23, 2010

Claus. Santa Claus.

Admin, can I get an edit? I feel the misspelling is rooning the execution.

Of the joke.

The execution of the joke.

*cough*

8. lauraw - November 23, 2010

MANTEL.

*sweeps the multicultural array of 57 tiny headless Santas off the mantel and stomps on them in psychotic fury for five whole minutes*

I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR.

*tilts head and smiles creepily*

Dear GrumpyUnk,

I totally love that song. I’ve been singing it for days now.

Make it stop.

Please, dear lord, make it stop.
