Anybody else put bacon in Spaghetti?

I haven’t RG but I’m aware of spaghetti carbonara which involves a lot more than just bacon. I just spent a few minutes searching for recipes and I may make some over the New Year’s weekend. Thanks!

Carbonara is the best. It’s science.

Also, there was more science done in that seven minute video than anything I’ve ever seen NdGT do. That was cool.

Check me on this Sobek but Crabonara means charcol maker’s style. The original stuff calls for pancetta and not bacon but bacon works just fine.

You can pass on the cream in most recipes.

Garlic, parsley, olive oil, bacon and a couple of eggs…plus the pasta. Let me know if you want the right sequence to add the stuff.

It is pretty killer.
