We posted on this back in 2014, but it’s worth looking at every year. The annual ice festival in Harbin, China is basically an entire city built of ice. Here are a couple of photos from China Daily (more at the link):

Bunch of bitty mini-skyscrapers you can’t actually get into. No ‘city of ice.’ In one photo it looks like they p-shopped a bunch of tiny folks in front of it to make it look massive.

I’m not sure if you can go inside them or not – probably not. But it’s certainly not teeny.
