Exports Data Stirs March 10, 2017

trackback

I think I skipped the exports chart last month, but this month I’m getting back on track. Exports data is two months behind, so this is through January 2017. Like the other economic data, maybe, just maybe, we’re starting to see something good happening. Time will tell, but while you’re waiting with bated breath, you can enjoy this colorful chart:

Next month we’ll start to see the Trump bars in gold, as contrasted with the Obama bars, newly depicted in fanciful rainbow (as with the manufacturing chart, though I picked a different rainbow gradient for this chart).

Whoa. Chart City. Love it. Hoping all these economic indicators start to rise out of the dirt. Been so sick of the stagnation.

Same here.

BTW, while scrolling back through old posts, it occurred to me that you all may need to be reminded that we’ve been at this a long time, thusly: I am now a mid-thirties mother of two.

This month marks the 11th anniversary of IB. I think I started blogging here about 3 years after it started.

So I’ve been blogging here for 8 years, but I still feel like the new kid.
