Nutritional Advice Continues to Be Overturned August 29, 2017

Posted by geoff in News.

Deep down, I think we all had an unshakeable confidence that this was true:

Low-fat diets could raise the risk of early death by almost one quarter, a major study has found.

The Lancet study of 135,000 adults found those who cut back on fats had far shorter lives than those enjoying plenty of butter, cheese and meats.

Researchers said the study was at odds with repeated health advice to cut down on fats.

Get thee hence, cottage cheese.

Most ‘experts’ are full of crap.

I recall hearing that pigs are fattened up for slaughter with skim milk. Their rationale??? With the natural fats missing from skim milk, pigs still feel hungry so they EAT MORE.

Fats are good for us and help us feel satisfied. Fin.
