Innocent Bystanders 
Simple to read and understand. Colorado is stoned. Louisianna has great music and gumbo. Georgia no longer has Jimmy Carter as president.
None of this takes into account if those taking the test were being tickled at the same time as the test was being given.
What’s up with the little unhappy patch of Idaho in the SE corner?
